\n<\/a>ILA offers a two – day version of The Leadership Challenge<\/em>\u00ae Workshop as well as a two – day facilitator training program<\/strong>, for those who are interested in bringing The Leadership Challenge\u00ae Workshop (TLCW) to your organization and facilitating it yourself. You can attend either session or both (you must have recently attended a workshop to participate in the facilitator training<\/em>).<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 The Leadership Challenge\u00ae Workshop Participant Guidebook and (7th Edition) textbook
\n\u2022 The LPI 360 (the Leadership Practices Inventory\u00ae on-line assessment inventory, including all processing, scoring and confidential feedback
\n\u2022 Other standard program materials and take-aways
\n\u2022 Experiential activities
