A. Three Month Coaching Process
Executive is searching for strategies
to be more effective and to continue personal and professional growth.
- Initial meeting to establish objectives and
start building the coaching relationship
- Intensive interview with the executive regarding
- Issues
- Opportunities
- Self-discovery
- Gather data to determine current reality
- Interviews with manager, direct reports,
etc. (as needed)
- Leadership Practices Inventory or other 360-degree
feedback instrument
- Personality Profile(s)
- Feedback interview
- Review material with executive
- Move to acceptance
- Develop an action plan
- Gain acceptance of the strategies
- Biweekly telephone sessions to review progress
- Final session and overall assessment of progress
Professional Fee $3,500-$4,000
B. Six Month Coaching Process
Executive is having clear performance
problems. Executive has been a contributor in the past. The company
is committed to the coaching process.
- Initial meeting(s) to start building the coaching
relationship
- Intensive interview with the executive
- Issues
- Opportunities
- Self-discovery
- Discuss the plan and receive support
- Coaching readiness survey
- Gather data to determine current reality
- Interviews with manager, direct reports,
etc.
- Leadership Practices Inventory or other 360-degree
feedback instrument
- Personality Profile(s)
- Feedback presentation
- Review material with executive
- Provide process for self-discovery concerning
the feedback
- Feedback interview
- Intense feedback session
- Secure an understanding
- Move to acceptance
- Second feedback interview (optional)
- Develop an action plan
- Gain acceptance of the strategies
- Weekly and bi-weekly telephone sessions to
review progress
- Leadership Practice Inventory resurveyed (six
to seven months)
- Feedback
- Final report and assessment
- Final action plan
- Final session and overall assessment of progress
Professional Fee: $6,500-$8,000
These processes can be customized for
each situation. International Leadership Associates is committed
to building the coaching process that works for each executive and
his or her own individual situation. For an effective coaching outcome,
the executive and the ILA coach must agree to a process. This will
happen very early in the coaching relationship. |
