Leadership and Supervision

Participants become more capable supervisors through focusing on the fundamental areas of communications, goal setting, coaching and conflict resolution. Participants gain knowledge and practice in dealing with typical issues they will face on the job. This two-day program is designed for the person new to the supervisor/manager role. Facilitator Certification is available.
